An evening to escape the demands of daily life and turn your attention to the deep, introspective sound of the sarode, an instrument that is powerful, majestic and yet fluid at the same time. Its fretless fingerboard, made of steel, provides the player the freedom to “vocalize” each note, adding depth to the overall composition that often has the ability to touch the heart and soul of the listener.
