Join former Great British Bake Off 2014 contestant and author of The Cardamon Trail, Chetna Makan as she guides us through authentic, mouth-watering recipes from her new book (Chai Chaat & Chutney: a street food journey through India). Chetna has travelled to the four corners of India - Mumbai, Kolkata, Delhi and Chennai - sampling the varieties of street food on offer.

Taking inspiration from the street, Chetna has created delicious recipes that are simple to cook at home. The result is a completely fresh take on Indian cuisine.

Take this opportunity to ask Chetna your foodie questions, and learn about South Asian cuisine from a true expert.

A cooking demonstration during which Chetna will cook 3 recipes and share her top tips and techniques, with samples of dishes to taste.

Please advise of food allergies before booking.
