A disparate group of Asian women from Birmingham set out on a day trip to Blackpool. But a simple day out soon turns out to be something more, since the women are running away from their problems or in search of new possibilities. Exploring cross-cultural conflicts, aspirations and dilemmas, solidarity and sisterhood.
