Michael Messer’s Mitra is a trio comprising renowned British blues innovator & slide guitarist, Michael Messer, Hindustani slide guitar maestro, Manish Pingle, and tabla master, Gurdain Rayatt.
 
This is a band with a successful album and its own unique exhilarating and highly accessible sound. With vocals, slide guitars and tabla, these three musicians, each at the top of their game create a fascinating musical journey of acoustic blues that takes the music right back to the Mississippi & Ganges deltas…and it rocks!
