Experience the mesmerising sounds of South Indian music with an enchanting Carnatic violin performance by emerging musician Aparna Raguraman.  Accompanying is P Kirupakran on mridangam, a traditional South Indian percussion instrument, barrel-shaped, with two drumheads, used in Carnatic music performances. Join us for a Classical Café performance at Middlesbrough Town Hall where the rich, intricate melodies and rhythms will transport you to the heart of South India, celebrating its musical heritage with every note.
