Masala Festival – Movement & Meditation Session

A 90-minute session as part of the Masala Festival, celebrating South Asian arts and culture through movement, creativity and wellbeing.
The session begins with a 60-minute Vinyasa Flow yoga class – a breath-led practice that links movement with breath through a flowing sequence of postures. The practice builds strength, flexibility and focus, while encouraging awareness and presence. Suitable for all levels, with options to move at your own pace.
This is followed by a 30-minute body scan and guided meditation, supporting deep relaxation, nervous system reset and mental clarity.
A space to flow down, reconnect and restore – offering time to pause within the wider celebration of culture, community and wellbeing.
