Parent and Carers Arts Wellbeing Workshop

Join us for a creative workshop aimed at parents and carers of young people who are on the waiting list for mental health support. This is a chance to relax, unwind and have fun, whilst connecting with other parents and carers along the way.
The session will be led by artist Emma Sheridan, who will provide all the materials, tools and advice you'll need to get creative. What you'll create is up to you! We'd recommend bringing a messy shirt or apron in case you decide to use paints or inks.
This workshop is connected to the activities GemArts will be delivering for young people who are on the waiting list for mental health services. To find out more about what's available, or to sign a young person up, please contact Lily Daniels at lily@gemarts.org
